Our day trip to Terrible Creek, Collinsville was our first trip together as a Club.

Itinerary:

We departed the McDonald's carpark at Cannonvale at 7:30am and headed north towards Bowen.

​

A quick stop at Bowen and then we turned off towards Collinsville, turning off again just before the township of Collinsville towards Bowen River Hotel and Terrible Creek.

​

Once we arrived at the creek we enjoyed a display and demonstration of typical 4x4 recovery gear by Boris Dunn, then walked down to the creek to explore the surroundings.

​

We departed around midday and headed for the Bowen River Hotel for some lunch before heading home.

​

The trip was a great chance for all the members to get to know eachother in this newley formed club and a great day had by all.
